Ordering Information

• All prices posted on the web page and online orders are in $US currency.
• The BA502 is supplied with an external universal 120/240VAC power supply.
• BA505,BA503,BA510,BA560,BA535,BA518 come with an internal universal 120/240VAC power supply.
• LaMantia Products Ltd. is a Canadian company and as such does not collect any Federal, State or National taxes on US or International orders.
• For Canadian orders please contact us for $CAN pricing.
• All products are sold with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund - excluding shipping charges. Returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number contact LaMantia Products Ltd.
• All products carry a 2 year parts and labor warranty. This does not include inbound or outbound freight charges.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted using the order form that you can print and fax to: 519-472-1702
• Online ordering via PayPal is available for you to pay with a a variety of methods and currencies.
• For Purchase Order (PO) approval contact LaMantia Products Ltd. for approval and credit terms.
• Shipping Charges: Canada = $25, USA = $35, International = $75
• Add the appropriate shipping charge to your online shopping cart.
• Shipping does not include any duties or taxes payable. These may be collected by local agencies as local regulations require.
• Shipping via an a particular carrier of your choice such as UPS, Fedex or DHL can be accomodated if you provide your carrier's shipping account number. Include the account number on the order form or in the NOTES area when completing your online purchase.

 

These ordering terms apply to purchases directly from LaMantia Products Ltd. located in London, Ontario, Canada. These terms do not apply to purchases from 3rd party dealers. Please contact your dealer for their prices, ordering terms and information.
