This programmer is required to connect and download bp3 program
files into the Open Board PCT Modules. The programmer connects to the computer's
serial port and provides the communication interface between the computer
and OBM. The output from this programmer is a 5 pin DIN connector that plugs
into the DIN connector on the Open Board Module. Once connected, the OBM
can communicate with the computer running PCTWIN for downloading, monitoring
and developing program files.

Once your program has been loaded into the OBM, this programmer
can be disconnected and the module can run your routine in stand alone mode.
This programmer can be reconnected any number of times to reprogram the
module again, and again as required. During program development, this programer
can remain connected for monitoring, developing and debugging purposes.
