BA400WIN Software Tour
Program Editor
The program editor is a group of tabs that allow you to define
the parameters for any number of steps. This allows you to create a program
with different parameters for each step.

In the first tab you enter details about the battery that are
common to all steps in the program. The battery type is used by the software
to set some defaults specific to particular battery types. Choose from
NiCd, NiMH, LiIon, SLA and Primary battery types.

There are 4 functions available for any step. You can choose
from: Charge, Discharge, Pause or Internal Resistance Test

The parameters specific to the selected function for this step
are enabled allowing you to enter desired paramters. A value of 0 will
disable the item. e.g. setting Time field to 0 will disable timed shutoff
for this step.

You can optionally define pulsing options. Each step can have
different pulsing definitions.
You can add and delete steps until you have your desired program
routine. Then simply save the program and you are ready to use it.
The routine is saved as a text file. If you have a large number
of steps you can edit the text file with a text editor such as Wordpad.
